RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

-Applicants click on Rental Application and fill it out. 1 Application per adult that will be occupying the property, $35 per application. 

-NO HOMES WILL BE SHOWN UNTIL APPLICATION PROCESS IS COMPLETED

 This is done in order to be as efficient as possible by confirming that each applicant   is qualified (credit, income, rental history, etc.) for the specific property.

-Applicants work closely with JPI to find a home that fits their needs.

-Applicants must together make 3 times the amount of rent in monthly income.
Example: Rent $1,000 x 3=$3,000 of monthly income.

-Pet Friendly!!! Pet fee for first pet is $250 and $100 for up to one additional pet. One time upfront fee, nonrefundable.

-Low credit scores considered. Credit scores must be above 500. Credit scores that are above  600 are one month of rent as deposit. Credit scores 599 and below, or applicant has bankruptcies or evictions on credit check, will pay two months of rent as deposit. Deposit is due in full prior to moving into the property.
